<section>Derreta o chocolate em banho-maria ou no microondas e acrescente o creme de leite e mexa até obter um creme liso e reserve. Em uma travessa coloque a metade do sorvete de creme, espalhe a metade dos bombons. Faça outra camada com o restante do sorvete os bombons picados e o creme de chocolate reservado. Decore com alguns bombons picados e leve ao freezer por 30 minutos ou até o momento de servir.Obs: caso faça de um dia para o outro, retire do freezer 15 minutos antes de servir.</p>

<li>. 1 colher (sopa) de amido de milho</li>
<li>. 1 lata de creme de leite</li>
<li>. 200 g de mussarela ralada</li>
<li>. Salsa e pimenta rosa picada a gosto</li>

<h3>modo de preparo</h3>
<section>Em uma panela, coloque a batata, o caldo de legumes dissolvido no leite e a manteiga. Deixe cozinhar até as batatas ficarem macias. Com uma escumadeira, retire as batatas e disponha-as em um refratário untado com manteiga. Reserve o caldo da panela. No caldo reservado dissolva o amido de milho e misture o creme de leite, metade da mussarela e leve ao fogo, mexendo, até engrossar. Despeje sobre a batata, polvilhe o restante do queijo e leve ao forno preaquecido a 220ºC até gratinar. Polvilhe salsa e pimenta rosa.</p>

<p>Leve ao forno pré-aquecido (+/- 200ºC)</p>
<p>Demora em torno de 30 minutos.</p>

<li>90 gramas de arroz arbóreo OU carnaroli OU vialone nano</li>

<li>200 gramas de camarão médio sem cabeça e limpo</li>
<li>100 g de alho poró cortado em rodelas e refogado na manteiga</li>
<li>40 g de parmesão ralado</li>
<li>1 colher de sobremesa de manteiga</li>
<li>Pimenta biquinho para decorar</li>

<section>Para fazer a base do risotto, refogar a cebola na manteiga, acrescentar o arroz e mexer por alguns instantes.</p>
<p>Adicionar o vinho branco seco e mexer em fogo médio até começar a secar o fundo da panela.</p>
<p>Adicionar a água e repetir o processo.</p>
<p>Quando o arroz estiver ainda duro no centro, pode-se parar o processo, deixar o arroz esfriar e guardar na geladeira por até 3 dias. Esse preparo antecipado facilita a vida de quem não quer ficar muito tempo na cozinha para fazer um jantar, por exemplo.</p>
<p>Caso o camarão esteja cru, é preciso limpar, retirar a cabeça e escaldar o camarão com água quente, passando depois por água fria. Isso impede que ele fique muito borrachudo.</p>
<p>Refogar o camarão pré cozido e temperado com alho e sal no azeite quente. Quando começar a soltar líquido, retirar o camarão e colocar o arroz pré cozido para cozinhar no líquido do camarão.</p>
<p>Incorporar o queijo ralado, em seguida o camarão e o alho poró. Por último ajustar a consistência do risotto com um pouco mais de água (caso seja necessário) e acrescentar uma colher de sobremesa de manteiga, mexendo bem para emulsificar a mistura. Usar a pimenta biquinho para decorar.</p>
<p>O risotto clássico deve ficar cremoso, ser servido em prato fundo e não deve ser enformado ou levar creme de leite no preparo.</p>

<p>Colocar a metade da massa em forma untada com margarina e polvilhada com farinha de trigo. Depois, colocar o recheio e cobrir com o restante da massa. Polvilhar orégano e queijo ralado.</p>
<p>Assar em forno pré-aquecido por aproximadamente 40 minutos.</p>
